Every plan includes a generous monthly AI allowance — if you somehow use it all, the AI simply pauses (your website, booking and dashboard keep working) until you choose a top-up. Nothing is charged automatically unless you switch auto top-up on yourself. Customer payments settle straight into your own Stripe account and your bank; the 0.5% sits on top of your own Stripe/card fees.

The money questions, answered straight

Is there really a free preview?
Yes. Create a free account (no card), tell us about your business, and we build your branded website and AI as a preview. You look it over, request changes, and only pay when you want it switched on. If it's not for you, walk away — it cost you nothing.
What does the setup fee cover — and can I avoid it?
It covers the done-for-you build: your website, your AI trained on your services and prices, your diary and payments wired in. On annual billing the setup fee is free — that's usually the better deal if you're staying.
Are there any charges beyond the plan?
One: 0.5% on payments taken through Sonadesk, which sits on top of your own Stripe/card fees. There are no per-user surprises, no hidden usage bills — if you use up your monthly AI allowance, the AI pauses until it renews or you choose a top-up. Auto top-up is off unless you turn it on.
Whose money is it — do payments come to me?
It's yours. Payments settle straight into your own Stripe account and your bank — Sonadesk never holds your money.
How does the 60-day guarantee work?
If Sonadesk doesn't catch you work you'd otherwise have missed in your first 60 days — a call answered while you were on a job, a booking taken overnight, an enquiry captured from chat — we refund your subscription for that period. Full details are in our terms.
Can I cancel?
Yes — no long lock-ins. Cancel with 30 days' notice and your access runs to the end of the paid period.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade any time (charges adjust pro-rata; a tier upgrade may incur the difference in setup fee) and downgrades take effect at your next renewal. Add engineers (+£29) or locations (+£99) whenever you need.
